Dear Jesus,

I come to You just as I am.
I know I’ve made mistakes, I’ve fallen short, and I need You.
Thank You for loving me even when I didn’t deserve it.
Thank You for dying on the cross to take away my sins.

Today, I believe in my heart and confess with my mouth
that You are the Son of God — my Savior and my Lord.
Please forgive me, wash me clean, and give me a fresh start.
Fill my heart with Your love, Your peace, and Your presence.

From this day forward, I choose to follow You.
Help me live for You and grow in Your Word.
Thank You for saving me.
Thank You for making me Yours.
